I’ve been working with tantra and embodiment for 30 years.

I help people come to massive transformations by embodying, owning and loving all of their parts. I’ve completed a certification in Pleasure Coaching from Regena Thomashauer’s School of Womanly Arts and am in an exclusive mentorship with her. From her I honed my ability to create a community where we tell the truth and see each other in the fullness of our experience. This happens through hands-on tools that really take this into the body using somatic experience. Embodied truth-telling is the most important work at this point in history. It’s outrageous and it’s what is called for now.

I celebrate the feminine in both her dark and light moments and everything in between. I take this acknowledgement and celebration into my work with both women and men. Every human is a mix of these masculine and feminine energies and is in relationship with both, and it’s important for all of us to weave these energies into ecstatic union.

My spiritual practice, rooted in the New thought tradition, has been an integral part of my personal and professional evolution. As an Affirmative Prayer Practitioner, I have cultivated a deep connection to the divine, tapping into the wellspring of the truth of who we are.  Through this sacred practice, I have learned to surrender to love, to trust the unfolding of life, and to access profound inner peace even amidst the storms that may arise.

As a mother, I have traversed the exquisite terrain of nurturing life and witnessing the miracles of growth and transformation. Through the joys and challenges of motherhood, I have cultivated an unwavering love and a deep understanding of the multi-faceted roles we navigate in our lives. This foundation of compassion and empathy forms the bedrock of my coaching approach, where I honor the complexities of your own unique journey.

I’ve been 35+ years clean and sober. Throughout my recovery journey, I have walked side by side with hundreds of women and men, sponsoring and supporting them on their own paths to  recovery. These experiences have gifted me with profound insights into the depths of darkness and the boundless capacity for healing and transformation within all of us.
